Agenda - April 8, 2008

1. Debrief from Conference Day

• Will do more double sessions next year if we have another tech conference day - committee will review topics and presenters to decide which ones best lend themselves to double sessions.

2. Technology Plan - need to update early fall for June 2009

• Curriculum Integration - Shannon Reardon and Greg O'Donnell will be doing primary computer curriculum correlated to NETS standards (start work on April 22) - we'll use to guide rest of grade levels.

3.  Pbwikis - need to see Sue Halpern's wiki - it's terrific

• Our gold wikis are expiring.  We're not renewing due to costs.  However, we received a free plantinum one for a year because I beta tested version 2.0.  We'll see how we use that - maybe with Sue's class.

4.  Document Cameras - five donated Elmos from SUNY Cortland thanks to Mike Breed

• Committee decided to invite teachers to submit rationale for why they should get one - then we'll review

5.  Powerschool training for teachers - start of school - each building will get a half day of training
